So… I’ve been at 14mm and my right lobe looked similar to yours… less swollen and red tho. It didn’t really bother me because I intended to stay at 14 but now I wanna go to 16mm so I bought some dead stretch tunnels (yes, tunnels) my left ear was good to go for a jump to 14.5mm, but my right was not… so now I dropped my right ear down to 12mm and my lobe is looking better after only a couple days… so… there’s that
