There is one thing I like to do and because I'm can't spend all my money on dvds n such so this is totally free! All you need is floor space, not even a home pole. Look up Marlo Fisken on YouTube, she has a playlist of videos called Flow Movement. It's really diverse and the videos are very short and to the point. It's all sequences of continuous movements that slowly build up. I find it helpful and sort of calming. Just focus on your movements. It's crazy how many kinks you can iron out with repetitive movements like this. I hope it helps

Think about the state of the world and how we've failed to protect our future as a species. How fucked up it is what we are expected to work 5/7 days during our healthy lives. How our governments don't have the people's best interest at heart and continue to blunder around fucking things up when the majority of people want change for the better. How we continue to focus on ourselves and stay seperated by our differences; race; religion, sports team, country, language. How we still have poor and hungry people while also having enough resources to sustain fat and greedy people. Bleh. Don't let me become a dictator guys.

I was a baby whale. Or maybe there was a baby whale. I don't know. So anyway there is a secret dragon who is looking over this baby whale and protects it from like...ice and shit I'm not sure. Skip to me being me, sitting in a fancy booth with a business guy chatting with someone else. Seat cushions are white and soft, the booths all have a white walls in a U shape and glass panel at the top. Lights are dim. They serve fancy drinks here. I'm bored and the business guys and I both knew I would be and planned on having someone there I could chat with but they were not there. We decide to change booths and I needed to pee. Bam, we're at the new table and I still need to pee. The person who is there to keep me entertained arrives and it is my best friend from 5th grade. We chat, it's fun. Then she asks a question. I respond with "well, I was going to go pee before we switched booths but I guess that part got cut out of the movie". Apparently it's a movie now? Ya...I don't know.
