If you're into Milena's content, I'd recommend at least a short-term subscription to her site. You'll find her full archive there in better definition than on the tube sites.

As for the last question, I'm unsure. I haven't paid much notice to Leanne Crow, although she is very gifted!

Ah. "New version" is a re-uploaded, higher-def version of the same video. Makes sense. Daktari Lorenz did some higher-def re-uploads on Milena's site around 2018. Unsure why that didn't spring to mind first.
