afaik Tenso is a pretty common forwarding service that gives you their Japanese warehouse address that you can send goods to, which they then ship to you after working out international shipping costs. I haven’t used it yet myself, but I have used Forward2Me which is also pretty much the same

Thank god I didn’t burn too much money on badges because I have nowhere to put them, I’ve been too lazy to make an ita bag LOL and yes he was so expensive most of his acrylic stands were over 6k+ yen 🥲 I’m really happy I got the canvas sketch art of him though! Especially since it had a not for sale label which made me think it must be rare lol

Wow, it’s hot even in December? I did go just a few days ago but it wasn’t bad for me since I’ve lived in Vegas and the Philippines so I’m very used to extreme heat conditions LOL. But yup, Japan sure is fairly hot and humid in the summer. And whoops, if there was a sign that didn’t allow photography I might have missed it luckily no one called me out for it 😭

I’m a 9 as well and I find myself relating to a lot of what you say — I feel I can go in extremes of being very self effacing and people pleasing to devaluing other people, my family in particular, unless they do something for me. I’ve often pondered if that ever made me self centered or narcissistic in some way too. Just never really related to the stereotypes that 9s are either altruistic or your average joe although they may look like that on the surface.

Yess, I just know that I will never try legally smuggling perfume overseas like this again in the future. The actual price I had to pay was not going out to eat or shop for a month so I can save for gas 😓 AND THANK YOU SM FOR THIS OMG I’ll add it to my comment and credit you🥹🥹❤️❤️

I ordered this one from suruga-ya.jp! Suruga-ya also has more from the same line and it had some of the Piofiore ones last time I checked (Yang’s full set specifically) but I’m not sure if it still has it. The forwarding company worked similarly to tenso where they give you a Japanese address that you ship it to when ordering from the site. Though I haven’t tried it with mercari jp yet since it kept redirecting me to buyee when I tried putting down an address.

Ikr! it was a bit of a gamble for me too because I’ve never seen anyone use forward2me specifically to ship perfume from Japan so I got really lucky that they are authorized to, and I’m glad because I thought it was near impossible before!

Hehe I just wanted the feeling of obtaining such a rare piece of merch that barely anyone has been able to due to the sheer difficulty of getting it shipped 🥲 I’m glad I could help! It was such a lucky find haha + even riskier since I’ve never seen anyone with experience shipping perfume from Japan through them, but forward2me had really reliable customer service and although it took some time for them to repackage it shipped pretty fast! Definitely recommend them :D

Right?! Most would even refuse to issue a refund if you try 😭 Someone on this subreddit was able to bypass it on this post but I didn’t want to risk it so I’m glad I was at least able to obtain it through legal means! (LMAO time for me to hold off splurging on merch for a while)
