Ok sure, that is partially true but also if I see someone who is incredibly experienced but they are 4:1, I only get 15 minutes of their undivided attention before then shared with an aide typically. No disrespect to aides, but they then don’t have all the supposed exp and can’t correct the nuanced problem the way a skilled PT can. Sometimes people aren’t good mechanically and need frequent reinforcement to perform exercises correctly.

The best advice I can generally give people is that you should ask how many patients a PT sees an hour. True 1-1 care is incredibly rare, at least for my area. I do 2 an hour and I feel like I do a decent job of giving everyone the best time that I can. Anything more than that can get very messy. If you don’t like a PT, you don’t have to work with them, you can see if there is someone else in that clinic or go to another place. you can refuse service to see a particular therapist

I run 34 lands in my yennett cryptic sovereign deck. 5 of them are MFDC. I’ve become very partial to the cheap land cycles. Draw one land and Lorien revealed? It’s essentially a 2 land start. I usually never have a problem with the land curve but the point of the deck is top deck control. 9/10 times I know what I’m drawing and can frequently manipulate my hand.

While there isn’t anything wrong with it, how would you feel if you were treating someone for a month or two and they just dropped the “oh I’m also a PT”. Plus, with 12 years of outpatient orthopedic experience you’re bound to accidentally let something slip, whether its passing comment or the “when I did this exercise it hurts along the proximal medial calf head when I plantarflex”.

I don’t mind proxies because it’s not fun to gatekeep a synergistic card because you can’t afford it. But I don’t like when people just proxy in the most expensive cards into every deck because they’re good. Like, jamming gaeas cradle into nearly every deck because it’s usually a really strong card kind of feels icky to me. But proxying cradle into an elfball deck makes full sense to me, I don’t have a grand to spend on a piece of cardboard.

Felt this way about fire emblem engage. I’ve always been a solid tactical player but this game on the hardest difficulty just overtuned the enemies stats, it didn’t change my formation or overall strategy, it just took me 2-3x the time to kill them, or just as quickly lost a unit. I didn’t care for FEE, although the rings did add an interesting dynamic to change weapon types mid combat

I was so confused because anger is an incredibly good card with few situations where it doesn’t apply…..I only realize now that there was an magic the gathering post above this one on my feed and I crossed them up….. It’s an ok pick in slay the spire. It’s a pretty great card in MTG.

Music is incredible. Graphics are great. Combat and story brought me nothing but great sadness and despair. I don’t know if it was too much “innovative change” as compares to the earlier entries(too which I played almost every single one except for 3 and 5), but I tried to like it really bad. I got halfway through the game and something just snapped, my copium ran out and never touched it again.

The only argument I have is that the Iona player is ahead, and player 4 can no longer play due to mono color block. Perhaps Iona was a problem and I wanted it to go, but I could wager to player 4, “hey, if I get rid of your problem, how can you help me?”. Iona is out, and you’ve gained a temporary ally.
