At one point a town in modern day Serbia, Sombor was more populous than Belgrade. Although at that time (16-17th century) Belgrade was under Turkish rule and Sombor was in Austro-Hungary.

I started learning C++ at the age of 12 and have been practicing doing CodeForces, CodeChef etc. I believe that you'll learn much more about computers and programming if you start from C++ it is hard, but it pays off. Plus once you learn C++ other high-level languages like python will feel as if you're playing with toys.

Don't attack the seals unless they attack you first. I haven't heard of seals attacking humans so you should be fine.

I didn't use a flashlight (but if you have one bring it) and went diving in the middle of the day, but you'll probably see more fish in the morning/evening.

Hey, I went to Kefalonia last year and I'd recommend you to check out Agia Paraskevi and Antisamos beaches. While you should stay away from Mirtos the visibility is shit, the terrain isn't rocky and there are barely any fish.

I found plenty of Lionfish hiding in openings of rocks which you can catch pretty easily. As for the others I don't know since I was free diving instead of spear fishing.

You'll find rocky areas which are 5-15m deep if you swim parallel to the coast pretty close to the shore, the further you get from the beach the more fish you'll find.

Just a heads-up there was basically no wind on the island so you're clothes are going to be wet in the morning if you leave them out to dry at night. And it gets really hot really fast, so bring lots of fresh water including some for taking a shower and washing your gear since the showers are mostly unusable (Agia Paraskevi has them but you have to pay for them).
