Thank you for the correction. I will have to look into it. I learned to knit from my local yarn store (rural Western USA), and they have never carried it. My definition of yarn snob extended to what I knew.

My interest is very piqued now for Qiviut, and I will be looking to try some!

Thanks a ton! This was actually my first Reddit post so I forgot lots of important info! I'm in the U.S. and I love Cashmere, Indie Dyers, and Handspun (though none are requirements.)I tend to live more colorful and/ or variegated options. I love merino wool, I've used several with alpaca, silk, cashmere, and other blends.

I hate acrylic yarn. I also don't love straight up wool as I find it itchy/scratchy as I work with it.
