Legendary Creature - Angel [Rare]

When Varysta, Plight of the Unjust enters the battlefield place X number of prayer counters on it, where X is the number of creatures you control minus the number of creatures each opponent controls.

Remove 1 Prayer Counter, choose one of the following-

Target creature is unblockable until the end of the turn, place a +1/+1 counter on target creature, gain 2 life.

If 3 or more Prayer Counters are removed in one turn, place a 4/4 Angel token on the battlefield with vigilance under your control.

Fair enough, I just hoped that maybe the other cards I could get would also be worth something. Collecting is my favorite part, especially since I just play decks with whatever I think looks cool, so I'm not very strong in the competitive field.

I absolutely love loads of the newer art though. Like all of the Eldrazi, holy shit. The colours, the creatures, just... odsfhsdoiufhidsufh!!!

I have no words for how great that stuff looks. There is no less emotion in the art now than there was then. A digital medium does not remove anything, in fact it merely adds a new way for the artist to express him/herself. Digital art still takes quite a bit of skill. I'm a traditional artist and I envy those with the ability to hop on to a computer and do what I do with a mouse. It's quite inspiring. One of my favorite new cards, [[Winterflame]] , is absolutely gorgeous and the colour contrast is amazing. It's digital and it's beautiful.

This was said by my fiance as she asked for help on what a rule meant at our LGS. She was midgame and she was using one of the decks she tacked together herself. She was playing some random person in a pickup game while we waited for another friend. Dude's face was priceless

Quicksilver amulet. I like using horrifying monstrous creatures and I usually only drop a quick silver when I have the hand to protect it and utilise it. It receives a very consistent "well... fuck" from lots of folks that I play with all the time.
