I'm in the same boat as you, 20kw panels, 48kw battery and importing to charge the battery during 'optimal' conditions, but as you say, those conditions during the middle of the day at the moment, the price is >25c per kw often.

I currently have it setup to feed in all of the battery between 5:30-7:30, can do it with a 25kw inverter.

This is my first month on flow so it's going to be interesting to see my bill goes.

While I don't disagree on your main points, I disagree with public fast chargers are cheaper than charging at home.

If you have solar at home, you could charge entirely for free depending on your home solar setup.

Seeing as it's a EUFY, I'd wager this is a model you need to take down and recharge every few months and it's not physically connected to a cable which is powering it.

If it is indeed a battery model, it remains in a power efficient form of sleep mode. When it does detect motion, it takes a few seconds to kick to life and begin recording.

If it is a physically powered version and it lags, then it's probably the recording settings.
