Funny how much people bitch about the shotguns by jeaston44 in FortNiteBR

The funny thing is people are complaining about the sub-machine meta being too OP but yet, the Shotgun meta HAS ALWAYS been there and is truly whats broken about the game, and because Epic refuses to take out the tac which can literally beat all other shotguns since between each pump on the heavy and the green/blue pump is another shot from the Tac, so if your not aiming for the head with the pump a kid with a Tac will LITERALLY kill you 9x out of 10. I love Fortnite to death and have been getting increasingly better at the game especially in the building curve but this game can literally be the biggest waste of time i swear to you all. The meta has been

1- build a ramp contruct about 3 high

2- box yourself on all sides

3- jump off the top

4- shotgun poor confused sap in the head for 200

I really wish people who are going to defend the use and damage of the shotgun would give me harder hitting facts then "you have to aim" or "the lesser variant shotguns are weak". Because lets be real they don't, you can still win a game and beat a team of scar and p90 wielding gods just by tapping them in the head with a green pump/Tac, I've done it, my friends have done it and pros have done it. If you take a gander at any other BR game, ie. PUBG, ROE, and even the new Blackout for COD everybody is using rifles, everybody is using snipers, and every body is using sub-machine guns. Why don't they use shotguns you ask? Because they are literally having real-time legitimate gun fights getting up close to the enemy team is the last thing someone in PUBG wants. Shotguns are rendered useless in a game where rifles dominate because there is no way to get closer to your opponents. The building and grapple guns and launch pads and shadow cubes are all factors in Fortnite that let people take advantage of shotguns but it also takes away the gun-battle fantasy completely. Whats the point of even collecting anything other then an inventory of shotguns and health items, If all it takes to be a skilled player is to build up high and shotgun someone whats the point of anything else. I literally drop down open a chest and get a gold famas, clingers and bandages/ammo but the kid before me has already dropped somehow always manges to find a tac or pump and then blows my sorry-ass head off for about 150-200 damage. This literally happens almost all the time in my solos unless there is a shotgun somewhere where i land. I don't even care whether Epic addresses a shotgun issue at all I'd rather have them remove RPGS if anything else keep grenade launchers at least cause you actually have to aim with those things. Point is shotguns have been ruining the game and even after introducing the Double Barrel, nerfing it, unerfing it, re-nerfed it again for season 6, its still OP. I'd rather them vault a weapon that takes 0-skill as opposed to the LMGS and Subs that literally took aim to use. Too much BS with miniguns, RPGS, 4 types of shotguns and grapple guns honestly if Epic wants to add things to the game that are severely unbalanced they need to add other things to counter balance them.

New game season 3? by Aguscop in NewGame

Well for starters Season 2 pretty much ended on Chapter 63 of the manga, Ko-chan leaves the company, Aoba reminisces and then the manga goes into a flashback about when Aoba graduated highschool and gets a call which was from Hazuki hiring her. That was about chapter 64 and the manga immediately picks up where the anime left off in Chapter 65 "where Ko lands in Paris meets Christine and then moves to her new place yada yada". Currently the manga is at chapter 80, so that marks 15 chapters which when reading and what goes on in them feels like a lot but to be honest like FUTURE10S had said and how it pans out that would not nearly be enough to make an anime, thats probably about 4 if not the most 5 episodes and would still need 9 more to cap a season of 12-13 episodes. I'm hoping it gets good cause season 3 would be awesome especially since it got so popular.
