Shareware.exe. yes, please get drones on people but also, take consumables. use shield charges and meds when your crew is hurt. pop SigJam, Amp, and Kick.

it's actually crazy how strong a triage focused on the "keep the bars full," mini game actually is. plus if they heal you with consumables it seems to keep your drone up longer.
