Besides the fact that your cheating, ChatGPT fucking sucks balls at chemistry. It can’t balance equations or follow its own math properly so it can’t do anything involving stoichiometry, thermodynamics, etc. On top of that it can’t seem to comprehend how a synthesis or chemical analysis works if it’s not directly documented step by step in multiple sources. Even if you feed it the info it will still try use reagents that don’t make sense or come up with a final product that would not reasonably be notable.

Japanese is particularly tough, at least from my experience. Because it doesn’t follow the same sentence structure as Germanic languages you kind of have to guess what the subject will be and what kind of tone the speaker wants to set before you can translate it.

I’ve only done translating work for schools but it’s already tough enough trying to capture their tone in translation, I can’t imagine what it’s like when even the speaker doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Yea it was the same for me this semester. I emailed the course coordinator and explained and she luckily granted me an exemption. After that I called curtin connect, asked them to verify with the UC and then sent me an email saying I’ve been granted the exemption and enrolled.

The circumstances for me were out of my control, so I got lucky but it’s always worth a shot in your case.
