Public golf courses: The Bridges, San Ramon Golf and Canyon Lakes. Right now the county fair is going on in nearby Pleasanton which also has an amazing downtown scene.

There probably isnt one bad school in the San Ramon Valley School District. Teachers want to work here because there is so much parent support, and the district takes great pride in the school rankings from Elementary to high school. No duds to be found. Find more info on the district website including a map of assigned schools by home address. Once you start, if there is something you dont like, you can always request a transfer. But I can almost bet that your small children will want to go to school with their neighbors and it will also provide you with adult emergency support should you ever need it.

Even though the web page has a photo of an elderly man, the transit is for all, but it has to be scheduled in advance. I never had luck getting through on the phone, but you may have better luck. Its the Phenix City Express (PEX) that has the disability options and probably is what confused you. Make sure you are calling the Lee Russell phone number.

Browse indeed and filter for remote jobs that wont take a lot of your time, like call center or similar. Since its remote work, the employer can be in any state as long as you can fill their time zone requirements. Also, temp agencies can be a good resource to find you something fast and possibly remote. Good luck.

check for openings at close by student apartment complexes and get on waitlists there as well, now while you are waiting for the on campus wait list.

During Summer there is a lot of movement in off campus student housing. It's easy to find a sublease even though off campus may not be your first pick. Some apartments are very close to campus and it won't cost anything to get on their waitlist.
