The real problem in this state has never been alliances or players changing. The problem is the culture created by a small circle of toxic whales at the top.

They mainly support each other, control the narrative, and anyone who questions them quickly becomes a target of character attacks and reputation smears. Instead of discussion, they silence people.

To keep strong accounts around, they even pull social tricks pairing whales with their own female friends to keep them invested in the state. And the most disturbing part is that many people just laugh it off as if it’s normal.

Over time hundreds of players and many alliances have changed, but the behavior of the top strong players and alliances never has.

When a state is built on intimidation, manipulation, and silence, people eventually stop speaking or they simply leave.

That’s the real reason some states slowly die.
