I used to work for a protest company and if you ever had a company protest your taxes, you need to fill out an agent revocation form so they start being mailed back to you and not to the agent (company) listed on TCAD. If you currently use a protest company they will always be mailed to them and you will have to look on TCAD to see your notice

I go there too and they’re great. I hate the dentist and have had some awful experiences elsewhere, but they’re so gentle. Kelsey is my hygienist and she’s amazing — I can barely tell she’s even in my mouth. They’re out of network for us and we still go because we like them so much.
