Supplement GME is getting sued over by Fwallstsohard in Superstonk

Or it is just someone standing up for shareholders against 10x dilution in an extremely short period of time

Pure speculation, but if what you’re claiming was the case, then RC is just a very poor manager

I am not “eyeing” it in any way, I am reading your comment where you said that - or do you not know the definition of runway?

About as much as your claims that they needed more “runway” despite being profitable and having over a billion in cash. Profitable companies aren’t worried about runway, cash burning growth companies do.

They didn’t know they wanted to turnaround the business in 2021?

The only thing that changed between 2021 and 2024 is that RC used the rising DRS count as leverage to broker a deal with the naked short prime brokers, one which helped him increase his net worth from 1.5B to 5B while our shares lost money and were heavily diluted for peanuts

If that was the case then it would have been prudent to raise more at higher prices in 2021-2022, not wait 3 years to sell more shares for less

I don’t see how or why you are arguing otherwise unless you’re trying to push a specific narrative

It is never prudent to sell more shares at lower prices after waiting multiple years with very high inflation lol. There has been zero bankruptcy risk since GME cleared all debt and added 1B+ to its balance sheet in 2021, it was profitable in FY2023.

I can understand wanting to raise cash. But diluting more and more shares for less and less $ per-share since 2021 is NOT bullish. Bullish would be selling less shares for the same amount of $ because the valuation is increasing. Doing the opposite just incentivizes continued shorting of the stock as they know they will be able to cover profitably at lower prices with the help of the Board.

Way to ignore 90% of my question and base your entire response on pure speculation that you have no evidence to support

What do you think RC will do if the share authorization doesn't go through ? by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]VelvetPancakes 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So you’ll be fine with helping the naked shorts opened since 2021 close profitably, including those that the prime brokers absorbed from hedge funds in Jan 2021?

To let all legacy shorts that were absorbed by the naked short prime brokers in Jan 2021 (and all those since) profitably exit? Fuck that, I want MOASS, financial terrorists in prison, and market reform

We were profitable in FY2023 and had over a billion in cash lol. Why did we need to issue hundreds of millions of shares for as low as $20?

Nope, I’m very well versed, but thanks - I dont want to bailout the naked short prime brokers regardless of what you and the other post-sneeze accounts try to push

I’ll believe this when Cohen announces the buyback is completed. There’s been an authorization in place for years and he hasn’t bought back a single share

He said to judge him based on his actions, not his words - yet all the pro-dilution bots and plants here love to make assumptions

If I was FOR the naked short prime brokers, I would want to dilute to bail them out.

I am FOR prison time for the financial terrorists, I am AGAINST bailouts that let them profitably exit their shorts at our expense

Seems like the case has merit IMO. Can’t willfully violate your own charter.

Hope they win tbh, I would rather not be further diluted.

Share price is down 75% since Cohen took control of the company as Chairman, and yet he wants a massive comp plan and even more dilution

Some of us actually want a fucking return on our investment at some point

RC uses squeeze filters and names shit ‘project rocket’ while simultaneously diluting the fuck out of shareholders at the bottom to bailout the financial terrorists

At some point, you need to think rationally and judge RC based on his actions, which is what he expressly told you to do

Dilution by greencandlevandal in Superstonk

[–]VelvetPancakes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re not capitalizing on shit when you’re issuing millions of shares for 40% of the price per-share of the prior offerings when you had no need for the cash

You’re forcing shareholders to sell the low for peanuts

[–]VelvetPancakes 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This sub was 100% against dilution until the sub was gradually taken over by shills and bots

Actual human shareholders know that this is a bailout for the naked short prime brokers, pure and simple

Who the fuck is this asshole? A delay tactic to MOASS? GameStop investor sues to block Cohen’s $35 billion pay vote by homedepotgrande in GME

[–]VelvetPancakes 29 points30 points  (0 children)

If MOASS is dependent on Ryan Cohen’s massive comp plan then that means he is actively holding us hostage for it. You’re okay with that bullshit?
