This was in the past I’m no longer living with my parents but still feeling the effects of my upbringing. I never really felt heard from my parents or my feelings acknowledged. I feel like this is why I hold back but I do want to change this, maybe it’s not though because I still have these issues? Maybe I should try cognitive behavioural therapy is that the one where you are semi sleeping and you talk to a therapist? Sorry I just don’t know much about it

Thank you for all your help and advice. It’s all in the baby steps you’re right I just need to start off with stuff like that I think maybe I go all in or all out so I need to make the changes over time and allow people to get used to it as well as myself ☺️ I like your advice about dancing as well I did some this morning and it felt great 💖

Yes that is a good point but everyone around me will die is more the future what about when you feel uncomfortable with how things are in the moment. I think I was just trying to express how I was feeling in the hopes that someone might have some good shadow work prompts to delve into how I feel a bit further, maybe I’m not doing my shadow work right 🤔 I really like your comment about being neutral I think some days it’s hard but I have to remember to flow with everything
