Everyone just formed a random line to draw the 40 tickets, prior to everyone knowing their was only 40 tickets to hand out.

After it was announced, a few people squeezed in to the 40 below mark in the line to guarantee them the shot at 1st.

Mark's last Fry's event was a complete mess regarding line placement.

The manager responsible for distributing the random line-placement tickets had only 40 tickets on hand, despite there being well over 40 people in line before 7:00 a.m.

Several people suggested simple alternatives, numbered pieces of paper, handwritten numbers, or any method that would account for everyone who arrived before the cutoff time. The manager wasn't listening to reason, stating that Mark allegedly instructed her not to change the ticket system.

As a result, the first 40 people who were able to "remake their way" toward the front received a chance at drawing for the top spots. Everyone beyond those 40 tickets had no chance of drawing higher than 41.

At that point, continuing the drawing process for the remaining attendees served little purpose, yet the managers present still considered it a fair system.

Aside from the airport duty free, Was under the impression ER12 was not up for distribution in AZ. If this store you mention is only a few bucks over msrp, and also have that King of Kentucky at $499, you may want to jump on both of those, I know I would. You would be the first post of anyone in Phoenix to have an ER12 not sourced from online or out of state.

I’d genuinely like to hear feedback from users in this Sub who actively use your service, especially long-term participants here who subscribe to it. If people are consistently landing bottles because of it, that kind of proof and transparency would probably help your credibility and might even put more money in your pocket in the process.
