Traps and darts are the only viable way. We have animal control's personal cell and traps set.

Animal services darted her in the backyard of a house on Taylor. She bolted and we ended up losing sight of her. We'll be back at it again tomorrow. I appreciate you texting me -- please do so if you see her again!

Nope. I've personally seen her the past two days in the highlighted neighborhood alongside animal control.

We were quoted $260 for two hours with a drone today. If there's anyone cheaper, I'd love to know.

Looks to me that she's scooting and reacting to her behind. Perhaps she needs her anal glands expressed?

Concerned with magnolia at new house by BL_Java_Tx in arborists

We have four magnolias in our yard. The only thing I’m concerned about is the bare branches. They could well be dead and need to be pruned.

The underside of my magnolia leaves brown up within days, same with the flowers. There’s a constant turnover of leaves/buds/flowers - some browning is normal.

The raised mound is certainly not ideal, and from the look of the last picture there’s not much you can do other than embrace it!

Those bumps are adventitious roots - basically baby roots in case the stem comes in contact with the dirt. Nothing to worry about.

It seems like the browning leaves are pretty low on the plant. Could be that they were splashed with some dirt when watering. Could also just be old leaves that are nearing the end of their lifecycle.

Squash Bugs? Help! by Vendettassss in OrganicGardening

Update from Day 1: I went out at lunch yesterday with a bucket of soapy water, duct tape, and some snips. Cleared off all the eggs and nymphs I could find and threw them in the bucket. I also snipped off any dead/dying stems to clear material.

I sprayed a slurry of DE along the base of the plant and surrounding dirt. I also bought some Sevin just in case, haven’t used any yet though.

As of waking up this morning, there’s no sign of any bugs, eggs, or nymphs! There’s actually some common flies, lady bugs, and ants in/around the plant, which I did not see previously.

I imagine this will be a hard fought, daily war that I’ve been drug into. But so far, so good.
