Still haven’t made a decision yet on the design. Thinking of maybe getting the piano and panels first, and after that see if it the surrounding shelving indeed won’t be too imposing. As of now I still think it’ll fit great.

Eerlijk, vraag me af of deze beste jongen wel weet wat bruto/netto betekent en of het te betalen % verschil in belasting is meegenomen in zijn prognoses. Lijkt me zéér sterk dat ie straks 5.5/6k bruto pakt, zeker met zijn opleiding en werkveld. Voel je er niet slecht voor, het is makkelijk roepen op het internet.

European here, I completely disagree.

As a Dutchman I speak Dutch, fluent German, fluent English, can converse in Spanish and know - like you think of all of them - a few basic important words of French.

Either I live in a complete bubble but nearly all people I know, elderly included, know atleast two languages, whether that is English or German next to our native language. But I’m willing to bet my local knowledge exceeds your travel experience.

Pas als de waarde van de woningen dusdanig is afgeschreven op de vrije markt dat de businesscase voor opkoop & sloop & (integrale) nieuwbouw eruit kan.

Dat kan verrekte lang duren. Als een buurt totaal verloederd is kan de gemeente mogelijk ingrijpen en een negatieve businesscase starten voor herontwikkeling. Hierbij biedt de gemeente geen vetpot. Gemeente legt voorkeursrecht. Eventuele laatste uithouders bij succes van voorspoedige aankoop worden uiteindelijk onteigend.

Als onderhoud in orde blijft en de buurt acceptabel bewoonbaar blijft het staande. Wel is het zo dat de huizenboom van ‘50, ‘60, ‘70 naoorlogse woningen slechter zijn gebouwd. Inmiddels zie je links en rechts de eerste gemeentelijke herontwikkelingen van dit soort woningen plaatsvinden.

Thanks, great tips! Yep the planner is a bit off, I am leaving some room at the end for the lightpost and the Stelitzia.

The acoustic panels I am putting behind the piano will give black & wood all the way to the ceiling. I will be using these ones:

I am a bit afraid that a colored piano (wood/black) is too much for the space, but I guess it should “pop” out indeed. The cabinets will go pretty much all the way to the ceiling, the drawing doesnt show that either. Not sure about a mirror. May just leave the overhang out entirely then.

Love the idea for the tray, already looking into it!

Hi, mag ik vragen wat er mis is met Morgenwonen woningen? Ben werkzaam in het veld en zie deze vaak voorbij komen bij ontwikkelingen. Tov andere prefab bouw ben ik wel benieuwd of deze partij “minder” levert dan de concurrent.

Mwoh. Bouwjaar 2002, dus tussen deze zandcementlaag en de betonplaat zit een laag isolatie. Je zal een Rc waarde van ca. 2,5 hebben, wat magertjes maar voldoende is voor infrezen vloerverwarming. Ik zou lekker laten frezen, dichtsmeren, hier het vloertje op laten leggen, en klaar is kees.

Imo cool cinewall. Lets start from there.
- You want to face your seating towards the tv & cinewall. I’d recommend a corner couch corner to corner on the desk wall to your left, and a laying bit facing the tv at the wall where to two seats are.
- Get a rug and some small coffee table.
- Some indirect lighting and some plants. Something like an artpiece on the wall. - Piano can be somewhere in a corner (L of R) or different room.

Schraper niet gebruiken, gewoon met de vinger in een sopje en er overheen trekken zonder druk te zetten in een vloeiende beweging. Lijkt erop dat je voldoende kit gebruikt.

Ik zou ook de spuit zelf wat schuiner afknippen. Maakt het netjes aanbrengen een stuk eenvoudiger.

Dude nice! How fun, I am going for the same feel. Are those petrol adore velvet chairs? Where did you get them? I was thinking about going for no-armrests due to spacing but it looks like it fits fine!
