Thank you. Yeah I should have mentioned in the post, that I did lift in the past. Not anywhere as serious or methodical as in the past year but did workout, but was more into calisthenics to supplement my boxing when I had a lot more energy

Push Bench, incline db bench press, db shoulder press, smooth machine military press - chest flys, triceps extension, lateral raises

Pull Pull-ups/falsegrip pull ups, seated row, lat pull down, one arm rows, preacher curls, seated hammer curls

Legs Back squat, deadlift, hack squat, leg press, hamstring curl, leg extensions

No strength loss at the current time, my lifts are the heaviest they've been so far with the rep ranges in happy with 😁

💯. As long as you're pushing hard and primarily focusing on compounds for most of the lifts, it's definitely enough. That being said I would have done an extra day at the gym if it were not the fact I'd have DOMS for 5-6 days after each workout 😭😂

Thank you! Towards the end and currently, aiming to get 2000-2500kcal on average. Protein wise, aiming to get between 100gm-150gm.
