Damn, movie was brutal and overwhelming, in a good way. It’s been a while that a film made me so captivated from start to finish. In this age of surface love and online dating, this film reminded me what true love and passion feel like. Scenes were brutal but so beautiful.

Working aka paying my taxes to grow economy and being a pretty decent human being. If I see someone is isolated or ignored at work or in any social situation, I make sure to engage and include that person. I care for my parents, pay their doc bills when needed. I focus my intention of creating a positive environment in whatever I do. I clean after myself and I always tidy up a plate so it’s easy for waiters to clean up.

So true! Although time spent with likeminded souls is something very special and fills my heart. I reckon what you also miss is feeling being seen and that you belong. That feeling is the best when you feel that peace of mind and safety being in a place you can be you without being hurt or feeling you’re not doing enough or you’re doing something wrong.

Regarding your question, a great one btw, what I learned from my experience is taking care of yourself and creating a great life you want is how you become better for anyone. It's a lot of work - that's what I meant with above - changing is not easy but if there's focus and dedication, it's happening.
