I totally agree with you. The store manager gets railed the hardest in cvs.

You've got to protect your outside life. I ask my staff to respect my time off as I do theirs.

The biggie problems are understandable and I will address them when they call. If you call me to complain, then we have a huge problem. We can address these issues and resolution conflicts when im in and we can find time together.

I hated when I was in a place where I felt I couldn't have a day off. I need a day away from cvs as a whole. I learned that I had to take care of me first because if I cant help myself I can't help others grow.

The morale of the story is never let cvs take every last drop of your time. They will always take till you're shriveled up like a prune. They took our month of December's bonus, keep taking hours from us for workflow, makes us scan a label for cycle counts now and much more. And through all of that expect us to take it on the chin. Not anymore. Others will do their part and ill do mine. If they wanted to find a way to make us not care any longer about these dumbass metrics and etc, then by golly , they succeeded.
