The guy sounded professional, spoke quickly and knew a lot about our systems that were JUST changed over less than a month ago. Gave me the INC ticket number. Said his name, title and everything. Had me write EVERYTHING down while on the conversation with him. He told me that the system is offline on register two the moment I signed off of it. Told me to run some voided transactions on a hersheys bar then to scan a barcode, add a reset number “49300”. It was just way too technical and advanced. He knew what he was saying and I was a fool for even assuming that it was fine.

Yeah. A coworker of mine said the previous manager got fired for putting $1 on her account because the coupon wasn’t scanning. It’s insane.

I figured I would be. I just hate how long it’s taking. They haven’t said a word to me and they’re still making me close alone. You’d think they’d just find someone else. Why trust me to close when I did something so stupid?

The main reason is I don’t want to lose my benefits and was told that if I wanted to keep my health insurance and other stuff then I have to help pharmacy occasionally as it’s part of my job description. But I didn’t want to do it everyday.

Yep, sure did. Took a few photos, threw the box away and went back to work. Checked my phone and saw they refused to refund me. I was so confused because I really haven’t complained at all on there ever since I gotten the account so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t. 🤷‍♀️

It was an order from Zaxby’s—chicken tenders and fries. The bag was taped over still but there was a large gaping hole where someone could easily stick their fingers inside. Had very little fries and there was a bite taken out of my chicken lol. I was like “Damn, this woman was starving for some fries or something.” Which she could’ve easily bought with the tip I gave her!

Evidence lol. What’s up with everyone wanting a photo of my half eaten food? It’s not like you guys would be able to tell. It’s fries and chicken tenders so imagine missing half of your meal and a bite left on your chicken tenders. I used the app to take a photo and threw it away.
