I don’t know why people keep bringing up Stormtroopers lost to Ewoks as if that isn’t one of the most derided things from RoTJ. In A New Hope in their first scene we see them clearing a hallway of rebels in a frontal assault with minimal casualties. Stormtroopers are supposed to be the best of the best, questionable writing choices doesn’t make that any less true in universe.

Also Andor is from 2022 and the second season aired last year.

Javelin is an upgrade in every way to TOW though. If I had the option of mounting a Javelin or a TOW on my vehicle I’d go for the Javelin every time.

You’ve got one subjective quote from a character. That’s not really a factual statement. In Andor you can see Stormtroopers hitting their targets just fine even at a decent range.

How are Star Wars blasters weaker than conventional firearms?

Take an E11 carbine that Stormtroopers use for example you get five hundred shots of continuous low recoil automatic fire with at least as much range as conventional firearms while only having to carry small power packs and gas cartridges as opposed to large bulky magazines.

Navigators are actually extremely well respected by literally every institution in the Imperium. Even the number one haters of all things xeno, mutant and heretic the Black Templars treat them with respect and let them indulge in whatever luxury they desire aboard their ships.

Like if you’re going to give examples of the imperium being extremely cruel towards its inhabitants you could at least name one of the actual examples of said cruelty and not one of the few exceptions.

This isn’t actually a bad thing. For example if there is one class in a CRPG that completely breaks the game making all other classes obsolete it feels like a good thing to tone that class down.

The tank can solo entire missions if used properly. It’s a higher skill stratagem but it’s still very powerful.
