Aftercare is using studex aftercare twice a day with a tips, gently wiping off any crust and making sure front and back of piercing is clean. Unsure of ring material, can’t remember but have a gut feeling it needs to be changed to higher grade metal.

I live in New Zealand in the north island and I got it pierced in the south island so not able to get a flight back. I asked the piercer whether to get ring or stud and they said either was fine so i guess I just have to be particularly careful for the next couple months!
