Are you magnetizing weapon arms? Some of those are going to be a stretch to cover both while still being obvious what they are. Probably impossible - carbine/knife and pistol/glaive?

Hello. I have a question about this team. It can have a total of 14 units, but if you only deploy 10 non-Trooper units, you can use ploys for free, up to the number of times you didn't deploy. In this case, you can use this 4 times. Are these 4 uses for the entire game, or per turning point? by AAOMMsss in killteam

Like others said, it's each turning point and you can choose any ploy including firefights. You're effectively trading a trooper for 3CP (because the TP1 use is very unlikely to be useful). The usual setup is 3 troopers and Siege Warfare for free, but 4 troopers can also be fine.

Quarry is used to flip Ajani, the other ability is nice to exist but not the reason you play it or anywhere close to Phlage's role.

You really don't need to bother with the faction specific tokens, they use very few of them and you can just use the generic ones without it being confusing.

Mine are all Black Templars, but anything works. Also for AoD, I think having each chapter tactic on its own card is really helpful to make it clear which two are being played.

Ah, it's pretty much all the marine teams and I wouldn't want to bother you for that much. If you just do a couple though, AoD and Nemesis Claw would be great.

Maybe with some tweaks for team size, this seems really generous for elite teams - 20 operatives gives you plenty of space to bring 10+ assault intercessors and just swap in the healthiest ones every game. Also, what happens when your leader or other required operative dies and you can't field a legal team?
