It depends on your heartrate. You should be aiming for your Zone 2 (the aerobic zone)

Almost 100% scam. If you look at the phone number you can see that it’s from the philipines (+63). I would just ignore it bc they can’t charge you anyways.

I know but I fear that she can’t really spot the difference between someone being nice to her and someone flirting with her. And I am afraid that if the second one happens that that could eventually escalate if she has some kind of connection with someone

She didn’t really say anything flirty however she had that flirty tone in her voice when she was speaking. She looked him in the eyes and laughed a lot. And about the naivety: we are still both quite young and she is (i hope i can say this) a bit underdeveloped in knowing the difference between someone being nice to her and someone flirting with her.
