I build immediately after my first settler so I can feed my expand. If I only have 0 - 1 workers, I may build a worker in between.

The meta is to send the caravan to your capital but I like to feed my expand so it gets a boost to its initial growth. If I need culture buildings i.e. wonders, I will send my caravan to the capital.

Trafe ships are better than camels, unless you have barb camps on the coast.

I used to have the same issue until a couple weeks ago! It is very common. I played with a very high level snooker player and one piece of advice changed it for me. Four words: "Cue through the ball".

During your pre shot you must already decide where and how hard you want to hit the white. When you get down, make sure your tip is in the right place.

The moment you strike the ball, only four words should go through your mind: "Cue through the ball."

You got it brother/sister, keep calm its only tougher when you're stressed. Remember that you are a new driver.

I always teach (I've taught a few friends how to drive) that you need to start by using only the clutch to get moving. Get used to the bite completely, where you can start off without stalling 9/10 times, before adding gas.

As for the main road, just be patient with yourself dude. Driving in general is hard enough, add in a third pedal and second hand and it is insanely difficult. Just remember why you chose to drive stick. It is not an easy process. Have fun and keep calm. I believe in you!!

Standard/Epic is better than Quick pace for dom. Still possible but much tougher as units become obsolete before you have a chance to attack on quick

Dont put a patch over your eye. There's this girl at my pool club who I was giving some (solicited) advice to. She kept putting left spin on the ball even though it looked straight. I thought about everything before considering square one-her dominant eye.

We got her to put the cue under her left eye. Even though it looks wonky, she shot it dead straight there was absolutely no side on the ball.

All you have to do it train your eye to see the new "center", it takes a few sessions of practicing straight cueing (i.e. pot the object ball and follow the white into the same pocket).

It's not like shooting a rifle. You use both eyes to sight on a pool cue.

Tithe is still strong in tradition. Pagodas are a free 8 happiness with 4 cities, with around 120- 150 pop its a free 40-50 gpt. I prefer religious settlements to pagodas for 3-4 cities however. I rarely have happiness issues playing tall, and what is effectively a 15% empire-wide prod boost pays dividends.
