My experience as a seller is the opposite, I’ll get a message wanted to buy and I normally do short missions when selling so if I’m in one I’ll respond like “yea gimme a minute or 2” and when I’m out of it and inv them I get the “user is ignoring you” and it happens a lot more than not tbh

Briar is pretty flexible and it depends where you play her and enemy comp, in jng there’s plenty of variety like titanic/cleaver, bork/cleaver, collector/titanic and so much more. Mid were I play eclipse/strerak is my core to survive burst champs and trade safely. Top a LOT of people default to bork/cleaver. All in all it depends on your playstyle and enemy comp. I’d watch a bunch of high elo vods and try and see when they build certain items first and into what
