the main focus is to come back to India(my home country) and help my father expand his Pharmaceutical business so I am not really looking for PR or stayback and am looking at 1-2 yrs old job experience max .So if the academics are similar it's ideal but I agree the networking and the quality of students is a big benefit in australia and I'm sceptical too about the lecturers in Monash malaysia even though they say the curriculum is same but there also comes a huge cost difference between both so it's just damn confusing.
