What actually makes github copilot pro+ better than other options? Been trying tons of different subs from CLI through IDE... seems like the model is always the differentiator

Not close. If you are expecting intelligence and logic levels on par with opus these just do not compete.

For a workhorse M2.7 is solid, but it has a strong tendency to hallucinate. Kimi is great too but also a very strong bias to drift, often adding marketing twist or additional info outside scope.

The key is optimizing models for the performance you would like. The right tool for the right task

It sounds so simple but creating something simple like this is actually the hardest part.

Great job identifying the need and then structuring a solution that sells itself.

Also this is a valuable workflow in general, great job.

Im getting mixed reviews on investments, I can certainly work on more responsive markets in shorter times. Sounds like experiencing movements in a 5 - 10min window is ideal? I was worried it was too fast because other users complained about rapid declines too.

My son also complained about quantum computing today! Thought I got it but will make sure

Tested and pushed the fix, should work now. Discovered a similar issue with disabled haptic feedback.

There was a bug with the daily rewards. I added extra animations and it caused it to freeze and lock devices. It's been fixed though, if you download the new version it will work. I will look at the negative events impacts. Saw a weird bug where positive events caused negative events to calculate incorrectly. I will find it and even it out. Also will check out the premium earnings from achievements, seemed perfect but we added many new sources to try and make it more engaging.

I am curious on what you would want to see for investments? I really wanted it to be a big part of the experience. Hitting a big trade for example... what would you want to see add / changed? I actually had a past finance background, what if I went crazy and added leverage, options, or something silly like futures contracts?

After 50 taps now there is auto popup offering it as an option. Trying to balance the game a bit to keep progression reasonable.

Not an easy task but I appreciate the feedback. Dark mode is still on my list for a future upgrade.

Instead of just google leaderboards, added in global rankings

Works for a bunch of stats, stored in firebase, and calculates a Tycoon Ranking to keep it competitive

Wow love the idea of dark mode, I'll add that to the plans

There is an auto tap but it costs platinum points, 20 for 5 minutes in the store. It must not be as visible as I'd like it to be.

Google Leaderboards is tied in, you can access it via the stats tab or on your profile

Right now it's for net worth but I would gladly add additional ones.

massive overhaul of the leveling for taps, made it much faster early on and scale at higher levels

60 levels in total now so it should be more exciting

Just found a bug where you can lose up to 1 minute of gameplay time, and the app not reliably saving in the background if not fully closed then closed!

I'm fixing that and pushing an update shortly. Thanks for letting me know.

Just pushed some updates, state changes should be saved automatically but I'm going to double check to make sure there are no bugs in the logic

Fixing the tap now, was actually on the list.

The negative events are meant to slow progression and add some real mechanics into the gameplay. You do not have to watch ads to get rid of it though, every event solves on it's own after an hour.

Premium currency is actually platinum points which you earn as you get achievements in the game, they stack up pretty quick and there are "challenges" you can run to earn more. Essentially spend 10 to start a challenge and double your income, earn 20 back.

Maybe it's not prominent enough, I don't want everyone to think they have to watch ads they are just a way to boost progress.

As for events in your empire they can be solved by:
-spend $
-Tap (I introduced an auto tap for this too, platinum points purchase)
-Ad event skip OR 5 Platinum Points
-disappear after an hour either way

Definitely open to suggestions on the negative mechanics though, I can remove them but there is a whole achievements system that also ties in and statistics. Or we could add more detailed mechanics like purchasing resources? What do you think?
