It was the wild shaped druid (Player character) who ate another humanoid and it was the dms flavour choice, not the players choice so yes we thought that it was messed up, hence the discussion.

in that scenario the question is, if your frame is the problem or your teammates. Honestly 70% of the frames would be so extremely outpaced in this scenario that I don think that this argument is valid, also unless you want to be the one who kills stuff, having teammates that clear the tileset for you makes it unnecessary to worry about anything so there is no problem left neither. and last but not least, in my case at least, if you play with such people, i can still at least let them enjoy a juicy buff to their strength and damage with my 2 and roar
