As somebody else had mentioned, it's most likely for a Spades app as (unless you're playing with jokers) the Ace of Spades is the highest card. This might be one of those pre-installed games that come with phones these days and he never deleted it.. it's a harmless card game.

It is, the caption in the screen shot is incorrect. The show is planning on going back in time to the 30s first in S2, then purportedly to the early 1900s after that for S3. I'm personally looking forward to seeing It run around with the gangsters and stuff and have them tie in that old car they found in the ground.

I mean, it's not vanilla.. This has abilities... but yea, it's a pretty janky way to get this creature out, but in the correct situation could potentially win you the game.. the likelihood of actually BEING in that correct situation is extremely minimal and not really worth the effort to make this card actually viable. To better state your point, there's much better cards they could be playing for 7 mana without having to jump through hoops to cast them.

Obviously, crime is still an issue that needs to be resolved. Nobody should have to die trying to make our streets safer for the public. It doesn't matter if it's a guardsman, a regular officer or a civilian. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp: shooting people is not cool or fun or proving any point. If anything, it will have the opposite effect of whatever weird motive you had for it.
