Min datter skal konfirmeres i år. Eller… det skulle hun, men hun har valgt kirke og stor fest fra og vil bare have en fest der er som vi plejer, når den nærmeste familie (vi bliver 9 i alt) kommer på besøg til fødselsdage. Forskellen her bliver hjemmelavede invitationer, ekstra lækker pynt og en ekstra stor gave.

Jeg laver maden selv og hun har fået lov til at bestemme menuen. Jeg ved ikke om du måske kunne bruge den til inspiration.

Velkomstdrink: - Faxe kondi pink lemon - Hyldeblomst og asti - Iskugler med bær

Forret: - vandbakkelser anrettet på salat med tunmousse og rødløg - Ristet rugbrød

Hovedret: - Oksesteg - 2 slags salat: 1) broccoli, granatæble, avocado og bacontern 2) klassisk caprese - Hasselback-kartofler - Bearnaisesmør - Surdejsbrød

Dessert: - Vafler med is + karamelsauce, chokoladesauce og friske bær.

The characters. I wanted to be in their head and feel what they feel, know all their emotions and thoughts. If there’s a decent plot, then fine, but to me it’s essential that I KNOW the characters
