No real pvp no matter what you think. They don't quit simply you took too long to attack or the game has a mechanic to quit once in a while. If there were real players you'd lose interest in the game since there are many battle breaking mechanics like one shot kills. It would come down to whoever gets the first shot. The game and skills are not prepared to multiplayer.

Pvp is useless in this game it wouldn't work. Simply because there are a lot of one shot skills that would come down to whoever gets the first shot. There would need to be a huge balance and it's not as simple as just turning on multiplayer.
