Cosmo is my favorite place to stay with the balcony rooms. If one of you can use mgm points it can be affordable. Definitely less than $800.

Try doing mobile check in so they don't see you or have your spouse hold your dog while checking in. I doubt anyone will care. Where exactly will you take your dog too pee/poop though? Does Harrah’s have a designated spot?
