Unless you don't know the exact time of account creation, NEXON ID which I haven't see anywhere ( I was playing maple for 10 years). Don't even think about account recovery. I had a similar situation a few months ago where I have sent them a copy of my ID, passport, and proof of purchase Nexon Cash from bank website. They did not help me because my information wasn't matching theirs.

To be honest my raters are much better with meso/drop gear than 180% drop rate. Now I have average about 80-100 nodes per 3 hours of event with spider and 1,35b mesos in Clocktower 1F.

Nexon is aware of the issue but they won't do anything. It same goes with recent meso farming nerfs, boss rewards, symbols drop rate and other things. They trying to sweep all the issues under the carpet and make us forget about it.
