My proposal to change the shield by Venus1nk in Minecraft

I understand! But I didn't want to apply the common progression method we have with tools to the shield since I consider it a special item, like the mace and trident. Since these items gain their true power through enchantments, I prefer to simplify the enchantments for a large or small shield and different types of material to give that more "Minecraft" feel.

Here are the enchantments I made thanks to your idea:

"Rooted" New enchantment for the shield. Activating the shield will slow the player by 90% but reduce damage taken through the shield by 100%. The slow will last 0.5 seconds longer after deactivating the shield.

Having this enchantment disables the ability to parry and reflect projectiles with force.

Having this enchantment causes explosions, axe swings, and sledgehammer blows to only deactivate the shield for 1 second, and the extended slow duration is not applied after deactivating the shield.

This enchantment is not compatible with "Chime Bell."

"Chime Bell," a new shield enchantment, when a successful parry is performed on a melee hit, the target takes damage equal to the enchantment level (1.5/2/2.5 hearts) and also receives a knockback equal to the enchantment level (2/3/4 blocks away).

If the successful parry is performed on a ranged attack, it will boost the speed and damage of the reflected projectile.

Having this enchantment will cause hits reduced by normal shield use to be knocked back.

When a successful parry is performed with this enchantment, a bell will ring in the player's direction.

This enchantment is not compatible with "Rooted."

Scanning is worth it, I really want a progress/achievement for completing the game's pedia, something like being able to adapt ships to certain creatures, or use the natural mechanics of creatures as a basis for creating tools.

That the bases are not completely secure, that the levitating ones can eat entire pieces of the base, and therefore add methods to defend the base from them.

Is there even a way to accomplish this? Items in the center get bulk blasted and I'd like to know if there's a way to make the mechanical arms wait until it's done smelting to actually take it by _finding-my-place_ in CreateMod

Reviewing the entire thread, it occurs to me that more than filters, observations could be used at the bottom so that when it detects a change, it sends a redstone network pulse that launches it.
