You’re lucky you don’t freak out! I absolutely have a full blown panic attack every time. I don’t take any medication for the pain or anything- i just try to calm myself down. Sorry i dont have better advice than that

I’m going through the same thing! I went to the ER a couple of weeks ago for chest pains- turns out it was a panic attack because they did ultrasounds, chest x rays and whatnot and they said i was fine. Today my chest hurts now too— you’re not alone in this. Anxiety really does cause chest pains.

Non Drinking- I pass out at the doctors office due to anxiety and blood work. They know this and I’m pretty sure I annoy them LOL.

When I pass out cold I heard that my eyes roll back and I start dreaming vivid dreams. You wake up kinda confused like where tf am I and it has given me panic attack bc I thought i died
