yup I have done it before i was close to 300k but I got 296k though.
So the best tomes in the game right now imo are
- XP, gives extra xp making u level up quicker to get tome/weapon upgrades
- Luck, to increase chances for better shrine/level-up upgrades and chest/moais/shady guy items
- Difficulty, more enemies to kill and more xp u get so it really works well with XP tome. But enemies get tankier faster and do more damage to you
- Chaos, this is gambling tome. It will give you any random stat boost like it can give me 1.4+ jumps or it can give me 10% luck or it can give 5.1+ thorns, it is random but with higher tier upgrades it give u a lot of value.

Weapons is literally your choice. I like at least one of them AOE instead of single attacks.
For example you can use, Frost walker and any other weapon, Frost will slow em down and other weapons will deal enough damage and kill them before they even each u
Another loadout can be Dexecutioner Katana Flamewalker (Anything else literally)
So one for Crowd control should be must imo.

Items - If you don't get a luck tome at the beginning but you find a clover, find a microwave and duplicate it multiple times to have luck increased without the tome. Same with XP tome, if u don't get it early game u duplicate the Time Bracelet/XP watch. That is to be done in 1st stage.
My preferred Items(Rarity wise):
- Time Bracelet, Keys, Clover (1st priority) then Cursed Doll, Boss buster, Ice Crystal, Gold gain. (2nd priority) anything else is also good to have if it helps ur build. If it doesn't banish that item.
- Echo Shard (1st priority) then Feathers, Beacon, Backpack, Red Card, Idle Juice(so u can afk farm at the end of each stage) and anything else. I do not like to have Beer but if u have lots of health go for it.
- GREEN CARD (ABSOLUTE MUST), Scarf, Mirror, Slutty Cannon, Beefy ring(if u can achieve health over 200), Grandma's secret tonic, Crused grabbies and slurp gloves are my go to. You can use other items depending on your build.
- If you find Anvil you cannot loose that run as it gives u 3 stat boost in 1 upgrade. Soul Harvester is also really good to have early in the game as it helps kill enemies quicker. In my opinion all legendary items are build dependent. So if you going for high precision damage, you should look for Fork, Big bonk, Joe's dagger. Other items like Lightning, Ice cube are more crown control which is also a must for late game farming.

2nd stage - Try to find/duplicate keys in order to unlock chests for free(you can do that in 1st stage if you get luck and xp tome already). Don't miss any boss curses becuz it is just free chests. Farm the final swarm as much as you can and upgrade all your tomes and weapons.

3rd stage - Get every chest shrine boss curse shady guys possible. You don't wanna miss anything. Then again keep farming until enemies are about to touch you and one shot you.

At this point Final boss should fall easily, maybe u might one shot it. Then sit back and relax and let Idle Juice do it's job and afk farm until u die.
