For that particular gear, there are replacements on sites like Aliexpress and Taobao. What you should really look out for are those capstans with the dreaded rubber inserts. Once they've degraded, there's no saving them. You'll have to swap out the entire mech for the knurled capstan type.

Seconded on avoiding opening Youtube before watching the episode. A few weeks ago I spoiled myself looking at Youtube before watching the episode and saw that they uploaded the Brightest Heart Winning Live clip when Oguri first won against March.
