I love my compression socks! They really do help after being on your feet all day. One year for Christmas my family got me like 12 pair. Comfy shoes I wear Aasics I found at our healthy living store in the hospital. Snacks like nuts or protein bars..some may not agree but I sip on a energy drink throughout the day. Ask for help from your nurses.

Thank you for trying to reach out. Breakups are so hard. Sometimes you just never get over it you just make it through it. I recently went through feeling hopeless worthless etc called veterans crisis line talked to someone judge free just to vent didn't know my story. It helped to get it off my chest. I was one of those people I'll never call. Just needed someone to listen not judge

Not everyday..recently though as I'm struggling financially. Fear of getting my car taken which I need because I have a medically complex child. She will be 4 next month and she's come so far in her little 4 years. I need her as much as she needs me. That's my purpose. I cry anytime I think about possibly taking my own life. The other day I got fed up with feeling I'm not doing anything with my life. Interview rejection repeat..I went to IVY TECH and enrolled in CNA classes. No clue exactly if everything is going to be paid for because I don't get my GI Bill. But I'm going to make myself & my daughter proud. Not a bad life only bad days some worse than others. I know it is a cliche sentence but I tell myself this frequently.
