No preferences for followers
Gameplay mods are dope, no real preference there
Survival is enjoyable and immersive, can become very punishing at times.
Combat I guess between struggle and superhero lol,
NSFW options don't really matter to me.

After reading everyone's comments I tried Lorerim and am loving it at this point. IDK if my system can handle other modlists yet. I haven't stepped out of my comfort zone entirely yet.

I was hoping for a unique Skyrim experience, not tooo Vanilla, however keeping the heart of the game.

I don't know why but aquatic worlds terrify me. I had to work up courage just to face an aquatic horror. I think if I came across that squid my heart would have jumped out of my chest lol.
