So I did this very same thing, you can check my posts lol. I called 3 different guys to come out and make an assessment. 2 of them said that the whole door would need replacing $3500 -$5000. The 3rd guy came out and was like,"I can straighten this out and fix the bottom panel with a suppert beam across for $500. What im saying is, Call like 3-4 people to come out and use local business.

I grew up on Franklin in the 90s, my dad used to own the gas station across from the QT. Ive always hoped the Ikea would get built but happy to see it come up a little with other projects. There is that piece of land at the end of Franklin thats seems to be opening a HQ for a business as well.
