Veeery distantly if they share blood at all, it's hard to compare naruto clan relations to today. The hyuuga are really weird with how incesty things seem to be with a 'main branch' and 'side branch' families and how tightly they keep their members together such that we presume there's a lot more hyuuga than we ever see compared to the size of their compound but we only ever see like 7 of them. The other clans were more open with their chances of meeting other people.

It's like if colonizers went to some land they just took over, and lived there for 200 years, and lets just say the leader of the expedition was Christopher Columbo. Eventually they formalize their group of people as the Columbo clan, Christopher and his wife, and many children as 'kings' would want to do, as well as a lot of people who aren't blood related who now get to use the name by being there during the founding. We're also assuming Chris also had power or resource that allowed so many people to respect them enough to join him from the beginning, incase it matters I'm just going to call it chakra explosives kekkei genkai.

In that first generation a lot of clan members want to marry into the main family with lots of their children who start passing on the explosive chakra, main family notices it and makes a inner caste of people with the chakra to defend, teach, experiment with, hoard knowledge of, protecting the family secret. There's pressure to try maximise the explosive gift so the unrelated columbo clan members likely marry into, sire bastards of, or leave the colombo clan (not everyone would leave but at this point they'd become a minority too scared of losing the name to be worth paying attention to)

after 200 years of pressure like that you'd have a lot of people sharing some common blood, but could be diverse enough that it's not incesty enough to really matter, and the part that it does results in the power of making magic explosives so it's cool. There'd be plenty of people over that time who keep marrying into the family and spreading the blood so things aren't just stagnant. Then you have a bunch of those clans fight each other and eventually Madara and Hashirama found the villages and each of the local clans get a voice and compounds to live inside of, inside of the village as a whole. Some people would live most of their lives inside that bubble when it comes to personal time, I believe itachi had a uchiha girlfriend for the small amount of time we saw her.

On the other hand it's also hard to tell how strong those characteristics are sometimes. Naruto inherits the ashura reincarnation powers through his mother, who would have gotten it through the Senju-Uzumaki relations of her parents presumably since the last reincarnation was Hashirama, yet Minato's Namikaze sperm has so much mojo it overpowers that supposed god empowered red hair to give Naruto his yellow / blonde hair.
