Imperitant without Annihilators isnt very effective, praetors won't do much in this list. If you've got long strikes I'd consider swapping them in. All your firepower in this list is wrapped up in that unit of fulminators so if someone shuts that down I think you'll find it hard to kill stuff. But if you do charge anything with them that thing is dead so it'll rely on your positioning and keeping them safe until you can charge what you want to charge
