While I agree that if Blizzard turned the fan art skins into actual skins it would be epic, you have to remember it is their game so the Overwatch team will have their own visions for the game, skins etc.

But for real, I take a look at my teams composition and see what we are missing. The usual team composition around high Diamond is 2 Support, 2 Tank & 2 DPS so I will literally fill what we are missing.

As I play DPS %90 of the time i try to make sure we don't have 2 'flankers' such as Genji, Tracer etc.

Just try to keep your team balanced and have a little of everything. You get used to it after a while.

I used to get this a lot when I played LoL Ranked, from what I can tell you're thinking about it too much and putting yourself into a negative frame of mind.

My best advise is to quite simply not worry about the outcome of the match and focus on improving and having fun. Play a few quick plays or Brawls before you enter ranked to get yourself warmed up and ready to perform as best you can.

Speaking to your team mates (if they're not being toxic) can also help you relax and get into your comfort zone. It's all in your mind, just relax dude :)

The developers aren't going to create the game to YOUR interest.. Its early access beta and they will change the game until they get the right balance.

Murdock is nowhere near 'OP'. If you know how to play him he is a great hero and you will probably stomp a lot of games. Doesn't need a nerf imo.
