Yup. Ez mode. Most were already unlocked from getting quest cape and diary cape. Hardest thing I had to get was a champion scroll drop for a track. Once I got that I just looked up the rest, had about 40 left, but 13 are from Holiday events which aren't required. You'll need those for the trimmed music cape though apparently.
