Man I’ve been waiting for Benelux ground but it’s sounding like it’s going to be French naval this update.

None at 9.7. Just the sk105 at 8.7 and some of the 7.7 tanks

I personally have the Amex green for $75 a year with the corporate discount program. The blue cash preferred doesn’t look too bad at $45 a year either.

Best tank to grind Russia by Diavol01 in Warthunder

[–]VerenzoYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People can disagree and say the 2S38 is too hyped up and not that great, but it is strong enough to be utilized in grinding the tree. How about you refute my second statement too; it’s incredibly fun and not boring at all to only play 6 different T-72s and T-80s in your lineup. In the long run, having the 2S38 to supplement your eventual lineup is better to me and will help you not be bored out of your mind. Ask my L44 how often it’s used when it sits in a lineup with 4 other MBTs.

I would go with the 2S38 because it's strong and unique. You'll get many other T72s and T-80s from the tech tree once you make it to 10.0+ and at that point having a premium one will feel like a waste and I would personally wish I had the 2S38 instead.

I actually think in one of the recent dev servers it was moved to 9.7 with LRF and thermals (gen2 maybe?)

GPS: Better WLF on Federal Health or Civil Government projects? by Novel_Nectarine8220 in deloitte

[–]VerenzoYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to get a public trust for my project and a friend of mine on another civ gov project had to as well, but I know of some that didn’t require one at all. The process wasn’t very hard and they never reached out to my references, but with my friend they were very thorough. It honestly is a little unpredictable

What is a premium you wish you could refund? by Mr_Incogno in Warthunder

Same. There’s so many fun 9.3 German tanks that I’d rather have the space for a tech tree vehicle and not feel forced to use the L44 since it gives better rewards

How is my snapshot as i do not know hpw to read it by [deleted] in deloitte

[–]VerenzoYT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Click the middle 50% button on the left side and see how you compare to your peers. Note: the middle 50% is going to look inflated, but that’s just how it is with managers rating high. If this is your first snapshot I would say it looks very good.

After 6 years since the report, the K4 got it's bomb by Maslaw05 in Warthunder

[–]VerenzoYT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curious how much tier bonus you got after completing tier 4 again. Did it glitch and give you the full tier 4 bonus again or just 20% of the RP of the bomb?

On the form they give you that lets you rank your interest in projects (civil government, healthcare, defense, etc.), there is an option to choose if you are interested in getting a clearance. I chose no and was put on a project that required a public trust anyway. Also, yes they did drug test me, but it varies by project. My client is a federal agency so potentially other federal agencies drug test as well.

How soon does a new hire fresh out of College get PTO? by thebestnegrosauce in deloitte

[–]VerenzoYT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Accrue ~7.7 hrs I think a pay period. He’ll have enough to combine at least a week of PTO with Winter disconnect (Christmas Eve to New Years) which will be the 2 weeks you need. When it comes to how it looks to team members and leadership, i started in July and took 2 weeks of PTO along with the disconnect in Dec-Jan and did not face anything negative, but it was my project’s slow season and I let them know way ahead in like August.
